I have used LBL Painting for house remodeling projects since 2021. They have done 2 houses top to bottom remodeling, house exterior painting, recess light installation, basement finishing, basement water problem, and general touch ups. All are done in full satisfaction as they promised. They are responsive and easy to work with. They are open to changes while the project is going on. I have great experience having LBL Painting as the contractor doing the works.

The crew that did the work showed up exactly on time and were polite and easy to have in the house. They were fast, neat and even asked permission to make some additional noise. A small delay in communication in setting up the work, but it was worth the wait!

I have nothing but good things to say about LBL Painting. Their painting was excellent, but with the remodel of my bathroom, they did so much more. Quality craftsmanship went into the tiling, and they tackled tricky valves and faucets with expertise. They replaced old light fixtures with new ones, too, and added a dimmer switch. The result exceeded my expectations. I decided to keep my old bead-board wainscoting, and it came out looking so much better than it did when it was new. They had some great design ideas, which were labor intensive, but saved me money. All this at such a reasonable price, including picking up orders I placed at local stores and warehouses at no extra cost. The work started on the date planned and was even finished a little ahead of time. All workers were courteous and left the house each day as clean as possible. When the job was finished all cartons and garbage were hauled away. Any concern I had was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. I’m so happy with the beauty and function of my new bathroom and feel fortunate that I found LBL Painting on Home Advisor to make it happen.

Luis and his men were amazing! Luis was very hands on and walked me through every step of the remodel. His wife and co-partner was also exceptional and extremely responsive and personable. I live in a co-op in white plains and Luis gave me an amazing quote for my bathroom and beat out every quote I received. I plan on hiring Luis in the future and he will always be my go to guy……as long as the price is right ;-). My only criticism would be that the job took a little longer than expected but that was not Luis’ fault. The job ended up being slightly more complicated than expected. Also, take care of his men.
